Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Priority Insured Shipping - covers customer in case the product is lost, damaged or stolen during shipment. Please notify us via email and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
My tracking says ‘No information available at the moment’
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Lost / missing packages
We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
We can change/cancel your order only before 12 hours have passed from your purchase. After 12 hours, we can't change/cancel your order because it automatically is fulfilled and being processed for shipment.
Delivery Time
The total delivery time is the sum of the lead time and the shipping time.
Lead time = the period betwen your ordder and shipment of the ordered products. (It usually lasts for 1-3 days, shown on the product description page after the product name.);
Shipping time = the period between shipment and delivery of your order. (It usually requires about 7-11 business days dependant on the shipping method.).
Due to our exclusive promotions and high demand for orders, the delivery time for some imported products is 7 to 15 days after the purchase has been confirmed, as some of our discounted products are imported, and shipping is directly from the supplier. Once the order is dispatched by our supplier, you will receive the tracking code by email. If you have not received it, please send an email to support@laraclere.com
But please note that any delivery time or date, time or periods mentioned herein, or otherwise quoted or communicated to you in any form or manner, are merely estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons, some of which may be out of our control. For example, in some cases, your customs authority may hold your products which may result in a delay of the delivery. Except as provided in the next paragraph, we shall not be responsible or liable for any late delivery or non-delivery caused by such objective factors (for whatever cause or reason, and whether or not within our control).
If any product fails to arrive at you within 10 to 15 business days from the date on which your order or transaction was accepted and your payment was received, or from the applicable estimated or quoted delivery date, whichever is the later, then you may reject, cancel or terminate your order or transaction, in which event we will be solely and exclusively liable, and in respect of the late delivery or non-delivery and the resulted rejection, cancellation or termination of the order, you are entitled to the sole and exlusive remedy in the form of refund (interest-free) to the extent of any payment you have already made for such order or transaction.
